Awareness of the oneness of humanity is growing rapidly as more and more people get together in groups socially to help one another and to develop new ways to interact, share ideas, and start creative ventures that will benefit all involved. As all are one, it is absolutely impossible for you not to affect all of humanity with every thought, word, or action that you engage in. It is often unlikely to be directly apparent to you because the effect you are having may be occurring not locally but in a different part of the world altogether, so you need to realize that everything with which you engage in any way at all has far-reaching consequences. Therefore the responsibilities that you all share to be loving, kind, generous, compassionate, and forgiving in every situation must be understood and honored.
In other words, if you dwell on some wrong that you believe has been done to you – regardless of whether your perception is valid or invalid – and create an image of the perpetrator being indicted, judged, and punished, then you are projecting an energy wave of negativity and separation that will influence others negatively. You are effectively creating an energy wave of disharmony, disruption, and fear that flows out from you and combines with other similar waves of negative energy, projected by others, which may be stronger or weaker than yours, depending on the strength of focus and intent with which they are projected, but which in combination can and do do untold damage to humanity. And, of course, if you are holding and projecting that kind of energy outwards, you are effectively inviting that kind of energy back into your own energy field. This strengthens your sense that you have been wronged and intensifies your feeling that you have been treated unfairly or unjustly, thus undermining, mitigating, or dissolving any personal sense of happiness or satisfaction that you would hope to experience.
It is essential that you watch your thoughts carefully and observantly, identifying clearly those you wish to engage in, as opposed to those you just wish to observe as they pass through your field of awareness. In fact, you are always making decisions whether to engage with them or let them pass, but for many of you those decisions have become mostly automatic and are based on choices you made long ago which you may never have reevaluated.
Being aware of your thought patterns enables you to change them, and when you change your thought patterns you change your life experiences. Intending to engage only lovingly and to hold only thoughts that are in alignment with that intent will lead you to a place within, where you no longer observe thoughts that are out of alignment with that intent, and where they will no longer be able to disturb your natural state of peace.
It all comes back to that well-known saying “If you can’t think of something nice to say about someone, then be silent,” because thinking and expressing unloving thoughts establishes a path, a groove through which similar thoughts can travel with increasing ease, and that may well become an unconscious habit, whereas holding the intent to think and express only loving thoughts establishes a path or groove through which love can flow freely, helping to dissolve and disperse any thoughts that are not so aligned.
When you awaken into your fully conscious state, thoughts will not flow through you unseen or unrecognized, creating unexpected situations and events for which it seems you have no responsibility, as happens frequently in your unawakened state. As fully conscious beings your thoughts will always be directly under your control, delivering and creating precisely what you intend.
A very important part of your spiritual evolution, as you move towards awakening, is to learn to always be conscious of the thoughts that you hold in your minds and of the intent with which you hold them, so that you cease to bring about unexpected or unwanted situations or events which seem random and totally beyond your sphere of influence. Your sphere of influence is infinite because you are divine beings of immense power; it is just that in your unawakened state you remain mostly unaware of this.
With the new and more powerful energies of Love enveloping the planet, you are now receiving encouragement, in the form of intuitive insights, to change your thought patterns and bring them ever more closely into alignment with those of your Father. However, your egoic side is still attempting to persuade you that while it is alright for God to be infinitely loving, in the real world, where you are experiencing your existence, that is not realistic because others will constantly take advantage of you if you demonstrate such naivety.
That attitude of mistrust has not served humanity well – distrust, dishonesty, betrayal, and conflict remain endemic despite your determination not to be taken for fools – and the divine energies now flooding your environment are to assist you in finding the courage and determination to change the world through Love, the only way it can be changed. If you wait for others to change it will never happen. You have within you, burning ever more brightly, the flame of divine Love that your Father placed there at the moment of your creation. Express It, demonstrate It, share It, and dissolve the illusion in which you have hidden for so long while nursing the fear that you are unworthy of what is your essential, unalterable, and inalienable, divine nature.
Love is your eternal nature; you can neither lose It nor discard It because It is what you are. Release your fears; engage with your divinity as your Father is always encouraging you to do; and rediscover the wonder and the joy you were created to experience. If you engage the world only with Love you can and will change it because you are then fully supported by God, and, as you well know, “With God all things are possible.”
Your loving brother, Jesus.

I can do everything in the one who gives me strength. (St. Paul)
Thank you for this challenge to even want to wake up and discern our realer feelings down deeper, even under the self punishing main highways in our social norms. I just love the ‘discernment’ part of unconscious ways that I sabotage my Loving attitude because the discernment part of forgiveness work is the most fun and relieving, to just actually say exactly what hate-ism devotees did/do all the time, and then say the worst swears about them.
Gossip, hate, projection, judgment, and just saying how we feel about the precise dirty details identified, all become ‘discernment’ motives via the intent to forgive it all, but not until getting really honest first. Yesterday, when helping another to get really honest, we both admitted we have a hidden mantra of hate-ism that comes from continually hiding that we each hate and judge ourselves.
What makes this seem like ‘common sense hate-ism’ comes from our sharing childhood demonizing experiences, regular life where mistrust and exploitation dominate in our normalcy bias, and learning that even that we think we are here, speaks to our fear and unconscious guilt in 3D Duality. As my back ache from a lifetime of rage went away, she reveled in joy to be able to stop blaming herself for everyone else’s stuff, as she had learned to suck it all up, just like from the ‘groove’ of her parent’s learned victim infrastructure.
Isn’t forgiveness just a “nice” way of imposing judgement? Placing your/our selves above someone else? When I look at the definition of forgive, it says to give a pardon.. I am not above anyone else. We all are spiritual beings with lessons to learn. I do agree that changing thought patterns is so important. But also is taking responsibility for ones own thoughts/ideas/beliefs.. No more victims, we are co creators here…. If thoughts/judgements comes up, don’t lay them on someone else. Get into the heart and transmute them with love….
No. Forgiveness is a letting go of ANY charge — judgment, anger, resentment, desire for restitution — we may have that keeps us mindful and upset about an offense we believe has been committed against ourselves, our loved ones, our nation, the planet, or even against God.
To hold a charge fills us with a strong egoic need to see the perpetrator(s) forced to pay for their actions. That has been humanity’s way for eons, and it is very apparent that it does not work, as we still continue to fight and judge one another, endlessly.
Forgiveness is recognizing that those who hurt others in any fashion are in severe emotional pain (even if it is denied, as it mostly is), and are crying out for recognition, acceptance, and love. And that is what we need to offer them. NOT by telling them we have forgiven them, but by being there to listen compassionately while behaving lovingly and acceptingly.
I think that we should only tell someone we are forgiving them if they ask for forgiveness, and then we need to make it absolutely clear that we hold no grudge or resentment against them, and that our only desire is that they be healed of the pain and suffering that is motivating them to act out.
With love, John.
Thank you so much Jesus, thank you Jhon, every day I hope the wonderful messages that make me see clearly inside me, I bless you from my heart I love you
Thank you for this post. It is a beautiful blend of “new age” concepts with ancient wisdom through Jesus. I love the saying from The Course in Miracles “Forgiveness recognizes that what my brother has done to me has not occurred.” I try to remember that it is all about my perception and degree of awakening that determines my experiences. And The Course reminds me what John said in his own way. Everyone is either extending Love or requesting Love. When I remember, it helps with my self righteousness and reframes the concept of forgiveness. Thank you.
To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover the prisoner was You.

Dear John, I listened/read most of your messages, and the recent radio interview. I just had to ask you if you have ever read the Padgett messages. Jesus is channelled through James Padgett. Like yours they feel right. All the best and Thanks Bill In Asutralia.
No, Bill, I have not, but I will look out for them. Thanks.
John.
I reluctantly have to agree that although I am a very loving person, I still do feel that familiar fear of expressing this EVERYWHERE, but I am taking small steps towards this each day. Thank you as always John and esp. Jesus:D
Thank you again for more food for our thoughts! This is where I struggle as I suffer with rapid manic thinking and find it hard to control my thoughts as they jump around fastly and vastly, thought control takes practice and not always easy from
My experience. i ask for help consciously and subconsciously to turn my negative thoughts to positive loving ones and to slow down my inner dialogue. I also take on feelings of responsibility towards others like a sponge as i live with a sufferer of addiction, whom i send loving thoughts but also condemn his actions and apportion blame for consequences, this relationship is loving but painful for both of us. which the message indicated needs to change! dear lord, please help me with this for my higher good. Appreciation to others messages and understanding of jesus’s message on all levels of spiritual awareness through each stage. Love, light and learned rewards of oneness in the divine universe.
